Club Advisor, MMTMC Raymond is a certified professional in Business Continuity and a certified ISO 22301 Lead Auditor. He is a BCMS software expert who has helped numerous organisations to implement their BCMS using ezBCM software. As a consultant, Raymond has provided advisory to more than 50 organisations to guide them to achieve BCMS certifications or to improve their current BCMS through gap analysis work. Raymond is one of the club advisors at MMTMC.

As an avid evangelist for corporate adoption of good business continuity practices and automation through technology, Raymond has been invited to speak and share his vision in numerous business continuity related seminars and conferences across Asia. Raymond believes that business continuity is everybody's responsibility and all socially responsible corporations should treat this seriously. Raymond volunteers his time to help revise the Good Practice Guidelines 2018 Edition from BCI as he strongly believes in giving back professionally to the business continuity community.
Before joining the BCM industry, Raymond has accumulated 8 years of upper management experience in industrial management, crisis management, process re-engineering in China and Hong Kong, and more than 16 years of experience in managing IT products and internet services.
